How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
We currently offer 3 types of shipments :
- Normal Shipping : 4-5 working days
- Express Shipping : 2-3 working days
- Same Day Delivery : 1 working day
How much does the shipping cost?
We charge $40 for normal shipping, $60 for express shipping and 80$ for same day delivery.
What happens if I am not home to sign for my order?
The delivery agent will leave a slip or card at your delivery address and you can pick your order up from the local post depot or post office that is servicing your area.

How do you ship? What carrier is used?
We ship daily Mondays – Fridays. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use all the leading forwarding services depending on where you are. All orders are sent using a fully tracked service and you will be sent a tracking number so you can track your goods all the way from dispatch to arrival.
Do I need to be a doctor to buy your products?
Our products must be used by medical professionals who have received specialist brand training this is the best case but individuals can also purchase our products without prescription since we are an online store.
